Plodding On

Not much to report today but I thought I should blog just to keep the habit up.

Have been for a walk - good!
Ate a few too many treats at music - bad.

Never mind. Tis a long journey this one I am on.

Have accomplished quite a bit of sewing this week so that is keeping my spirits up.
